Ingredients
3 cup wheat flour / atta
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 cup hot water
warm water to knead
3 tbsp butter (melted)
4 clove garlic (finely chopped)
2 chilli (finely chopped)
2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
wheat flour / atta (to dust)
oil for roasting
Direction
in a large mixing bowl take 3 cup wheat flour
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp oil and 1 tsp salt.
2. mix well making sure everything is well combined.
3. now add 1 cup hot warm and mix with the spoon.
4. rest for 5 minutes making sure the wheat flour turns moist.
5. add warm water as required and knead to the smooth and soft dough.
6. prepare lachha paratha and roast on medium flame.
7. finally
serve garlic paratha immediately with curry of your choice.
