2 tbsp butter

3/4 cup blanched broccoli florets

1/2 cup blanched carrot strips

1/2 cup sliced and blanched baby corn

1/2 cup blanched mushrooms (khumbh) , cut into halves

salt and to taste

1 tsp fresh cream

1 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 cups cooked fusilli

salt and to taste

1/2 cup pizza sauce

5 tbsp pizza sauce

2 tbsp grated processed cheese

2 tbsp fresh cream

1 tsp oil

1. Heat the butter on a tava (griddle), add the broccoli, carrots, baby corn and mushrooms, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

2. Add the salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Add the cream, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Keep aside.

4. Heat the olive oil on a tava (griddle), add the pasta, salt, pepper and the pizza sauce, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Keep aside.

5. Heat a sizzler plate over an open flame till it is red hot.

6. Pour 2 tbsp of the pizza sauce evenly all over the plate.

7. Place the prepared pasta on one side of the plate and top it with 3 tbsp of pizza sauce.

8. Place the prepared vegetables on the other side of the plate.

9. Sprinkle the cheese evenly all over the pasta.

10. Finally spread the cream evenly all over the pasta and vegetables.

11. Combine the oil with 2 tbsp of water and sprinkle the oil-water mixture evenly over the plate and serve immediately.
